Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support DIY customers with in-store and phone interactions, helping achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

You will use store systems to source parts, manage inventory, and assist customers with battery tests, wiper installations, and other DIY services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
• Ability to use store systems for parts lookup and inventory control
• Basic automotive knowledge and part knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
