Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will drive sales, perform simple DIY services like battery installation and wiper changes, and ensure accurate inventory and clean, organized merchandise presentation.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, friendly communication, and the ability to use POS and parts lookup systems to locate and stock parts efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate inventory and store equipment and use parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product presentation and inventory accuracy; participate in cycle counts and back stock.
