Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve our sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to install batteries and perform wiper services. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, maintain inventory accuracy, and work a flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in a diverse retail environment preferred.
• Must read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Ability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
