Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform basic vehicle preventive services, and manage inventory to meet sales goals.

The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels. Flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use basic math and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Familiarity with store inventory processes, parts catalogs, and operating POS systems.
