The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store system proficiency, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Responsibilities include in-store and phone-based customer service, inventory control, and performing DIY services such as battery testing and installation.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory and back stock.
