Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Salesperson to support the DIY segment and help achieve sales and service objectives. This entry-level role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

It may be part-time or full-time and involves driving, delivering parts, and assisting customers in-store and over the phone. The position emphasizes inventory accuracy, curbside and in-store service, and teamwork to maintain

Qualifications

Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
Use basic math accurately for POS and inventory tasks.
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its goals.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
