Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales targets. You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform basic DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements, and maintain product and inventory standards.

You will use store systems to locate parts, process transactions, and assist with inventory tasks like cycle counts and back stock, while delivering parts safely to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
