The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and inventory processes, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours. Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, meeting sales goals, providing battery tests and basic installations, and keeping inventory and store standards up to date.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs, and follow instructions precisely.
• Use basic math for transactions and unit conversions.
• Be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and safe, including floors and restrooms.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
