Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Use basic math for transactions
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions
• Hit personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets
• Perform DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Ensure store cleanliness and safe handling when delivering parts
