Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of successful sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and product catalogs.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and on the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and assist in service objectives.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized showroom and back stock areas.
• Handle inventory processes including receiving, moves, and cycle counts.
