Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service goals. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time hours may be available. Responsibilities include delivering excellent DIY customer service, meeting personal sales targets, performing basic services, and maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• Entry level sales position with DIY support focus
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock
