Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and drive sales performance.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and ability to source parts from multiple channels. This entry-level position allows part-time or full-time hours, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and store systems understanding.
• Willingness to work days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards; process cycles and back stock.
