Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It can be part-time or full-time and involves driving duties for parts delivery when needed. You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, aiming to achieve sales goals while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and store systems familiarity.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
