Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson for an entry-level role supporting the DIY business and meeting our sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time. Responsibilities include providing DIY services, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer experiences in-store and over the phone.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals, and use parts catalogs.
• Basic math for transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
