Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and inventory procedures.

It can be part-time or full-time and may involve delivering parts to customers. You will provide DIY services, maintain standards, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting inventory and operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Basic driving/navigation ability.
Ability to use the delivery board system and POS/parts lookup systems.
Friendly communication and relationship-building with customers.
Strong parts knowledge and inventory handling capabilities.
Safety awareness and ability to use diagnostic/d testing equipment.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Meet personal sales goals and help the store achieve its goals.
Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
Maintain store product presentation and operational standards.
Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
Assist with store cleanliness and general stocking, and safely deliver parts as needed.
