Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store system familiarity, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It can be part time or full time, with fleet safety certification preferred. The Salesperson will drive excellent customer experiences, hit personal sales goals, perform basic DIY services, and maintain inventory and store standards while coordinating

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including counts and back stock.
• Restock and keep store clean and organized.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
