Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, inventory familiarity, and the ability to source parts across stores or suppliers. This is an on-site position with potential for part-time or full-time hours.

You will engage customers, upsell DIY services, and help maintain store standards while collaborating with team members to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers both in store and on the phone.
• Able to meet personal and store sales goals and assist with overall store sales.
• Ability to use store inventory processes, order parts, and source from multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet sales targets.
• Maintain store product standards and inventory processes (receiving, stocking, cycle counts).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and assist with store cleanliness and general stocking.
