Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson to assist DIY customers both in-store and by phone. You will support battery and wiper installations and help drive store sales while maintaining inventory and storefront standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail sales experience, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to work varied days and weekends. Spanish is a plus; training on store systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Operate inventory and store equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; support DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs).
• Maintain store inventory and cleanliness; perform cycle counts and back stock checks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers and operate POS and parts lookup systems.
