Job summary

Qualifications

• Speaking and writing English required; communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Read safety rules and parts catalogs; follow instructions.
• Use basic math for transactions and pricing.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory processes including put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Store cleanliness and organization.
