Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
