Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will help achieve sales goals, perform battery and wiper installations, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail sales experience, strong English communication, and basic math skills. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and may involve part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of sales experience in a diverse retail environment with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus; good communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; perform DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store inventory and operating standards; handle stock and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed; assist with inventory processes.
