The position can be part time or full time, with duties including battery installations, wiper installs, and maintaining inventory. Strong English communication and basic math skills are needed to handle orders, pricing, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, delivering superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communication with customers, peers and management is essential.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, etc.).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
