Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business in-store, assist customers, and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with store systems.

This position can be full-time or part-time. You will perform parts lookups, battery and wiper installations, inventory maintenance, and deliver excellent DIY service in a friendly, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales experience or customer-facing role preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to understand parts and systems
• Familiarity with POS and store inventory/ordering processes

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone
• Meet personal sales goals and assist store in achieving its sales objectives
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including stocking and cycle counts
