The role emphasizes customer service, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient store operations. Weekend and evening availability is beneficial for serving customers and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic math skills for transactions and pricing.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist store in reaching its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness and stocking duties.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
