Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service goals. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time positions are available. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, performing DIY services such as battery installations, and maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic driving/navigation and safety awareness and ability to use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
