Advance Auto Parts in Circleville, OH is hiring a Salesperson to support the DIY customer base, deliver great service, and help achieve store goals. The role covers in-store and phone sales, basic automotive part knowledge, and battery/wiper service.

This is an entry-level position that can be part-time or full-time. Candidates should be able to work evenings and weekends, speak and write English, and be comfortable using inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use store inventory and checkout systems; basic math for transactions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; build relationships with customers, peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs when needed.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes (put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as required.
