Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio is hiring a Salesperson to support the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from various channels.

You will perform battery installations, wiper installs, and other DIY services while maintaining inventory and store standards; candidates should be able to work days, evenings, and weekends and speak English; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic driving and navigation skills.
• English language as primary communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
