The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive parts with proven sales ability, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred. Hands-on parts sourcing, diagnostics, and POS proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to use inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder duties (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
