Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales in our stores. The role requires expert parts knowledge, automotive systems understanding, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders.

Responsibilities include delivering GAS2 selling experiences, meeting sales goals, managing DIY services, and upholding customer service and store appearance. Prior automotive parts experience and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
