Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone contacts.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory with cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean, organized, and safe for customers.
• Provide DIY services and part sourcing as needed.
