You will help customers in person and by phone, aiming to meet sales goals while ensuring top-tier service and store presentation. The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of parts lookup systems and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers
• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• English required; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Manage DIY services like battery installations and wiper installs
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder responsibilities: opening/closing, safety duties
