Advance Auto Parts seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert store systems knowledge, auto parts expertise, and strong service orientation. This full-time role includes sourcing from special orders and maintaining inventory while delivering high-quality customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and ASE certification or readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and operate inventory systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
• Assist in inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
