Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in-store and over the phone. The role requires expert familiarity with store systems, parts lookup, and automotive diagnostics to assist customers and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE-certified or ready, and strong communication skills while working a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Experience with parts lookup and advanced selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
