Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs in-store. The role combines part knowledge, system proficiency, and hands-on service to drive sales and ensure customers receive expert guidance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive parts sales, ASE-ready or ASE-certified, and strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in automotive parts or related sales.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
