Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery installations, testing, and other DIY services, and help sustain clean, organized store conditions.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and familiarity with inventory and diagnostic tools. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Experience using store inventory and parts lookup systems.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
