Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform services such as battery testing and wiper installations, and help maintain inventory and storefront standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services (battery testing/installation, wiper installs).
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties (open/close, safety, tasks).
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, stock).
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, dusting).
