Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, parts knowledge, and store operations. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, strong customer service, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

The position emphasizes ASE-ready credentials, 3–5 years of parts experience, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include battery testing/installation, inventory duties, and maintaining clean, safe store conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience with proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks and safety.
