Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our sales team. This full-time role leverages expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts to assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone.

You will perform battery installations, wiper services, and use store systems for parts lookup and inventory. Strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
