Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services to customers in person and by phone.

In this full-time role you will perform battery testing, wiper installs, parts identification, and advanced diagnostics while upholding high standards of customer service, inventory accuracy, and store presentation. The position requires strong communication and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills
• ASE certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close)
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management
