Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to serve DIY customers in-store and over the phone with expert parts knowledge, troubleshooting, and project assistance. The role requires strong sales abilities and excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position is full-time, with responsibilities including inventory control, open/close duties, and ensuring store appearance standards. ASE certification is preferred and driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
