Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert product knowledge and part sourcing. The role involves selling, servicing DIY projects, and maintaining store standards while operating the POS and inventory systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid license, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to advance within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist with inventory processes and store cleanliness.
