Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, in-store service tasks, and stock control. You will assist customers, perform battery testing and wiper installs, maintain store appearance, and operate POS/parts lookup systems.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work varying days, evenings, and weekends are required. ASE certification is preferred, but not required, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Able to operate store POS and lookup systems accurately.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
