Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and customer service to DIY customers in our store. You will assist with battery testing, wiper installations, and other DIY services while maintaining safety and store appearance.

This full-time role requires strong communication, familiarity with store inventory, and the ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification or readiness, along with a valid driver's license, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and operate inventory systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience with DIY services such as battery testing and wiper installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
