Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency. This full-time role includes driving sales, performing battery installations and wiper services, and maintaining store appearance.

Required: 3–5 years auto parts experience, valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred. Ability to work flexible days, evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes
• Store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing)
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
