Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with parts knowledge and systems expertise. You will assist customers in person and by phone, drive sales, and perform servicing tasks such as battery installations and tests.

The role requires 3–5 years of auto parts experience and strong communication. ASE certification is preferred; availability to work varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must be able to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.
• English speaking; Spanish a plus; strong customer communication.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in store inventory and safety duties as a key holder.
