Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts to DIY customers in our busy stores.

The role involves advanced identification, troubleshooting and sourcing from multiple channels to meet sales and service goals. The position is full-time, on-site, with responsibilities including battery installation, wiper installs, inventory support, and delivering high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts
