Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, assist with store systems, and contribute to merchandising standards.

This full-time role covers in-store and phone sales, parts lookup, and basic automotive service tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.

Responsabilités

• Provide parts sales for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including open/close tasks and safety.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness as needed.
• Utilize store systems and parts lookup tools to locate parts accurately.
