Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. This full-time position supports advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems, parts identification, and automotive systems. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, stock parts, and maintain service standards.

Requirements include 3–5 years in automotive parts, ASE P2 certification (or readiness), and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Word/Excel and ability to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE P2 certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and catalogs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities and safety tasks.
