Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Retail Parts Pro with strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts to assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, ASE preferred, valid driver's license, and ability to perform Battery tests, Wiper installs, and other DIY services. You will use POS and inventory systems to fulfill parts requests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
