Advance Auto Parts in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer service. The role requires deep knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and diagnostic capabilities for DIY projects.

You will handle advanced identification, sourcing, and warranty-related tasks while ensuring safety and accuracy. The position is full-time with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
